Meet Our Principals:

Zach is a graduate of Auburn University and has called Nashville home since 2002. He brings a unique perspective to his clients having sold his former business, Embers Grill & Fireplace Store which specialized in sales to the construction services industry. Since his exit, Zach has been guiding multiple business owners with the successful sale and closing of their companies.

Prior to moving to Nashville, Zach grew up in Alabama and has always been part of a long history of family businesses. He believes relationships are key and values them as the most important part of his life.

Zach and his wife Kim, a native Nashvillian, live in Brentwood and have three children. Having gone through the process of selling his own business he understands the importance of confidentiality and truly relates to the seller and all the emotions they go through during the process.

Craig is a finance major from the University of Alabama. Growing up a huge Tennessee fan, he could never shake the orange from his veins. He grew up in Nashville and began his career as a broker for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter after college.

After a 4 year stint in the finance world, Craig joined the family business of Tennessee Steel Haulers (TSH, Inc.) – a longtime trucking company started by his father. After 40 years, they decided to sell TSH which was well over $150 MM in revenue. Craig and his family made multiple acquisitions while operating TSH. He is an entrepreneur that has been part of multiple startups, so he knows the grind of that process.

He values relationships and hard work-two keys to surviving in business. Craig and his wife Jana live in Brentwood and have two awesome sons. Craig understands the dynamic of family business and how it can affect the whole family.
